Resumo

In this essay, the main objective is to analyse the neoliberalism as alternative of political administration. According to the theory developed in Brazil, a political administration encompasses both macro and micro management principles to represent the interest agenda of a social class, or some fraction. The main findings are that the neoliberal rationale and its management principles—efficiency, accountability, performance, and competition—are employed to reprogramme entire societies to transfer wealth to the rentier capital. That is the why wherever it takes root, neoliberalism brings unemployment, impoverishment, economic instability, natural resources exhaustion, and income concentration.Dados do 1º Autor
